Blueprint periti have been entrusted with various successful projects since 2001. The following are milestone projects entrusted to the firm together with other projects proudly executed for our clients.
TARXIEN TEMPLES - MALTA
Construction of Protective Shelter
The architectural design of the protective shelter over Tarxien Temples and the co-ordination with Taiyo Europe, world leaders in Tensile structure technology. The project was awarded following a Tendering procedure by Heritage Malta.
MALTA MARRIOTT HOTEL AND SPA
Rebranding of Meridien Hotel and Spa to Malta Marriott Hotel and Spa, Refurbishment of all areas and construction of additional floors
This project entailed the construction of additional floors and the reconfiguration of an existing hotel to meet the requisites of a MARRIOTT hotel. The project was entrusted to Blueprint Periti from concept and PA application stage to completion.
RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX - LIBYA
Design of an extensive residential complex in Tripoli.
Following the successful implementation of residential projects overseas mainly in Bulgaria, France and Tripoli, Blueprint Periti were entrusted with the design of a commercial and residential complex in Tripoli. The project incorporated residential units together with associated amenities and offices.
FLOOD WATER RELIEF PROJECT
Qormi l Marsa
Blueprint periti were entrusted with the traffic management related to the successful implementation of the Qormi Marsa Flood water relief commencing in Wied is-Sewda to Aldo Moro in Marsa.
